Buda (Wednesday) Kliwon Sinta is celebrated as Pagerwesi Day. The festivity is meant to glorify God in His manifestation as Lord Pramesti Guru, the teacher of universe. Philosophically, it symbolizes the firmness of faith and knowledge owned by human beings.

On this day, devotees say prayers at family temple and the temples at local village. Interestingly, Hindu devotees in Buleleng (Northern Bali) celebrate it specifically and more grandiosely than other regions in Bali, just like the Galungan Day.
